Our Origin Story
A micro-digital marketing agency
Before we set up The Werks, we had built up over a decade of non-profit (youth)work experience, on both grassroots and international level.
In that time, we've seen young people excluded or overlooked on the basis of their racial or cultural background or because they were ‘different’.
We worked to empower, equip
and encourage young people
so they would be seen, heard and valued.
And it’s a similar vision that led us to creating The Werks.
